2 Bright Hovering Lights. 1 Flies Away.

Date of Sighting: February 11, 2022
Time of Sighting: 5:30 PM PST
Description: I was driving towards the Hoover Dam Lodge on Highway 93. There were two very, very bright and very large lights hovering fairly low over Lake Mead. They appeared to be hovering at the same height yet somewhat distanced from each other. The only colour that we could see is white. Airplanes (wouldn’t hover) and helicopters (wouldn’t fly in that darkness) and neither would appear as large as these objects. As we drove for another couple of minutes, one of the lights remained in place – still hovering. However, the one to the left suddenly flew upwards on an angle (I believe on an angle towards the Northwest) and disappeared from sight within a second. When we pulled into the parking lot of the Lodge, we could not see the remaining light as it was behind the hill (behind the Lodge). Were they UFO’s?
