3 Large Lights Rotating in Pattern Below Low Clouds.

Time of Sighting: 7:35 PM EST

Description: Hi. I recorded about 20 minutes of video on Friday night of three large lights rotating in pattern over my home on Friday night. The lights were clearly above the low cloud cover and there was absolutely no visible beams of light such as from a spotlight rising from anywhere. Is there any explanation of how for example floodlights could be reflecting down and being seen above the clouds? I’m completely not sure what I sa,w but my wife saw it and two of my neighbors saw it clearly.
