Bright Light With Ring Around It.

Date of Sighting: November 30, 2021
Time of Sighting: 4:58 PM EST
Description: It was a big light in the sky. It looked like a bright dot with a ring around it, at least from how it appears with the lights. It’s speed and direction was erratic. It was a steady light, but after some time the light was blinking. When it was blinking, it was not going on and off, but more as if it was going from dull to bright in a flashing manner. This took place within a quarter mile of the airport so I think that rules out it somehow being a drone. I have a video of the incident which I would love to share so just tell me where I can submit that and I will send it over.
