Bright Star-Like Object Wiggles, Dips Down, Zigzaggs.

Time of Sighting: 7:30 PM PST
Weather: 45 degrees F., clear skies.
Description: I may have had a UFO sighting? My sighting was in Washington state, Cowlitz County, North Kelso, WA. I noticed a brighter star in the sky and watched it from my porch. After 30 seconds or so it began to wiggle and then it dipped down as if it would drop out of the sky. Then it zigzagged and went in a tight circle all in a small space. This happened on December 2nd. On the eve of December 3rd I went back out at the same time. I saw the same thing. I downloaded a star gazing app. It is in the constellation Cygnus. I have now read all about Cygnus and Cygnus X-1 , what they believe to be a black hole. I am very intrigued by all of this. I had to share with someone who might possibly understand. I am going back out tonight with Binoculars.
