Cylindrical Object Passes Over Road. Makes Humming Sound.

Time of Sighting: 6:48 AM EDT
Description: I saw a cylindrical shaped (pipe) object with a relief in the center. It passed over the road at an angle of 45 degrees and it went from the west to the east through the open window of my door. I heard 3 or 4 lets say electric sounds like a transformer (hum sounds) which gave the impression of deceleration. It was moving horizontally and then starting moving to the side and did so by accelerating. It then disappeared. I have never seen something move so fast. I have 2 photos from where it came from and moved over me.
