Dark Fast Moving Object Videotaped in Seattle, WA.

VIDEO OF LOW FLYING FAST MOVING OBJECT.
Description: I was looking west over Seattle and it looked like a seaplane was landing. Instead it then flew up and then again along the horizon, south towards SeaTac (originally from over South Lake Union, just north of the Space Needle). It was dark in color and flew relatively fast.
Note: The video could be of a regular aircraft, but it is difficult to tell for sure.
