Fast Moving Black Object With Blue Glow Flies Low.

Date of Sighting: September 7, 2021
Time of Sighting: 9 PM EDT
Description: I saw a black object with a blue glow to it. I am not sure of the shape of the object because it was moving too fast . It was low in the sky and made no sound.
