Large Black Triangular Object Emerges From Cloud Cluster.

Description: I saw a Large Jet Black Triangular object, approximately 15,000 feet in altitude and I estimate that it was 3,000 feet long. It had no lights and was seen emerging from a cloud cluster into a clear sky and was seen through binoculars.
