Long Object Like “Caterpillar” With twinkling Lights.

Location of Sighting: Milton, Delaware
Date of Sighting: April 21, 2022
Time of Sighting: 9:50 PM EDT

Description: In the distance to the Northwest was a light. It was long and to me it looked like it had kind of twinkling lights all around it. It reminded me of a caterpillar walking with the legs being the lights. It was not traveling very fast, and it was climbing into the sky like an airplane would. My friend and I watched it for about a minute then it disappeared. Possibly into a cloud. I am not sure. It appeared to be all white. Probably pretty large and traveled in a straight line on an incline. We were so amazed I did not think to get video.
