Rectangular “Cloaking” Craft With Strange Decorations.

Date of Sighting: July 15, 2021
Time of Sighting: 4 AM Local Time
Description: Good evening. I checked on the internet to find out if I could tell someone of what I saw at 4 AM on the 7-15-2021. I saw you have a checklist but was unable to find it on the website. I prefer to email on my normal computer than my phone.
I was so close to this the UFO. It was only 100 metres from me. I unfortunately did not have my phone with me at the time, but have drawn exactly what I recalled at the time.
I was in my back garden taking my dog Chloe out to go do her toilet outside. It was relatively quiet and dark and the UFO flew past me. I had a vision from the front of the craft and it slowly passed me. All in all I looked at this craft cloaking on and off for approximately 60 seconds.
Can you give me some guidance on what or how I should record this event.
I drew a sketch of exactly what I saw. I hope that you are able to help me I can explain my sighting in explicit detail. I Look forward to hearing from you.
Additional Information Provided by Witness: We live in a Town called Velddrif on the West Coast of South Africa, approx 130 KM from Cape Town. There is no other buildings from our property back wall. It is an open field or veld as we like to call it. If you google my location it shows an empty stand, but the google photo is approx 10 years old. The area is famous for the enormous amount of Bird Life.
When I first looked at the UFO I thought I was looking at a huge flock of Black and White Ibis. Remember this is 4 in the morning and is not likely to be a flock of birds. Then it flew past me so slowly, but cloaking the whole time. I was so excited I just stood there. Anyway it is great to tell someone outside of this so real experience.
