Red & White Object Hovers, Moves Up/Down Back & Forth.

Time of Sighting: 9:30 to 10 PM EST
Description: I saw a UFO over the Gulf just South of Venice, Florida on 12/18 at 9:30- 10:00 PM. I saw a UFO a few years earlier that I did not report, but others had in the same area. That one made circles in the sky and was farther out in the Gulf. This one was closer, but moved up and down or laterally back and forth covering about 5 degrees, but was much brighter and appeared closer. I could not see the shape with binoculars and only got a few seconds of pictures with my phone. The only colors were red and white. The movement was jerky and it made repeated movements up and down cycling in 1 or 2 seconds or laterally side to side in same time. In between times it would remain stationary for about 3 minutes and then begin movements again.
