“Refecting Mirror” Object, Flashes, Vanishes.

Time of Sighting: 7:28 AM EDT
Description: The size from our location looked very small. From our distance it looked like a small dot. The sky was completely clear of any clouds. The object looked like it was reflecting from a mirror. We thought it was a planet and I have a skyview app and when I went to take it out to see if it was the object flashed and disappeared with no trail, trace or anywhere. It blinked and it was gone. It seemed to hover in one spot and didn’t move in a particular pattern.
