Silver Hot-Dog Shaped Object Vibrates & Moves Like “Yo-Yo.”

Description: This is going to sound crazy how I describe it, but it’s the only way I can describe it. I was getting air in my tire at quick trip and got up from my tire and just happened to look up as I was standing up from my tire. When through the light of the street lights I saw an object that was flying through the air in a horizontal direction, but was flying like it was a yo-yo. It looked silver and like a hot dog shape and vibrated like a hot dog would shake or vibrate. It made no sound and vanished as it flew over the highway and out of sight in a southern direction.
