Strange Formation of Orange Glowing Orbs Move Across Sky.

Description: I saw a UFO in Dana Point on April 3rd. 2021. It was an orange glowing orb above the ocean. It was around 1:30 AM right off the coast and it just faded into the background. It was weird it was like a flame ball at first. I tried to come up with an explanation, but quickly ruled out a drone since how would it sustain a flame? It was weird.
A few weeks before I was walking this bridge trail on the Cliffside and noticed two orangish lights in the same park that I witnessed the light over the ocean. I don’t know if this was related to my April 3rd sighting. When I got to the park there I could see the lights because some houses blocked the immediate path
Note: The video footage doesn’t jive completely with the report. There are several orbs in an odd formation in the video. The witness mentions a glowing orange over the ocean in his written report. (Users are urged to listen to the witness narrate his video. This is more accurate than the written report that he submitted.) The formation of orbs could be space junk, but this is speculation.
