Strange Ring Photographed in Sky Over Lithia, FL.
Location of Sighting: Lithia, Florida
Date of Sighting: October 16, 2021
Time of Sighting: 6 AM EDT
Description: A strange ring was seen and photographed over Litha, FL. The ring may be a cloud, but it is quite unusual. It may not have been caused by a natural process. (Perhaps a rocket launch or military activity could have caused it.) I have had reports where witnesses seen disk shaped UFO’s leave a ring shaped residue as if it was some sort of propulsion process.
