Strange Shaped White Object Found in Background of Photo.

Description: This is an enlargement of an object that was in the background of a photo I took of two people at an event. I just found your site and have never shown or reported this to anyone previously. It was a few years ago that it happened.
Note: The date and time of the photo were extracted from the metadata in the photo file. This date and time differs from what the witness reported.
