Top Hat Shaped Object With White Lights Around Bottom Rim.

Time of Sighting: 8:15 PM EST
Description: I was looking out my window at night. I can’t say exactly when, but a shape appeared in the dark! It looked like a top hat, about big enough to put 10 people in (though it would be crowded if you did that). It had big white lights around the bottom rim, though I still could not make out the color, and it was gently rising diagonally upward like a hot air balloon.
