Very Bright Red, White, Blue Flashing Light in Sky.
Location of Sighting: Hoot Owl Flats, California
Date of Sighting: September 30, 2021
Time of Sighting: 11 PM PDT
Description: I have been simply sitting there for over an hour and I am seeing a very bright red white and blue flashing that is not changing.
Note: The witness is quite likely seeing the planet Jupiter which is very bright.
