Video Taken of an Erratic Moving White Light.

VIDEO CLIP OF AN ERRATIC MOVING WHITE LIGHT.
Description: The witness took a video on a cell phone of the screen of a video camera. The video shows an erratic moving white light.
Note: After viewing the video it appears that the light was moving quite erratically. The movement could be due to camera jiggle. The witness thought possibly that the object might have been the planet Neptune. This is highly unlikely. Neptune was too dim. However, Jupiter was visible and quite bright. I believe that witness may have captured Jupiter. The other bright light in the upper left hand corner of the still image is likely a room light reflecting off of the camcorder screen while the video was taken with a cell phone.
